Manager, Acquisition Marketing Raise is seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager with experience in brand and performance marketing within the e-commerce space? Marketing Operations Manager The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role to support business growth by managing marketing operations, analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working cross-functionally to build and maintain the tech/data infrastructure that increases marketing efficiency and effectiveness. You will not only improve upon and maintain our marketing operations tools and processes, but you will also manage internal reports and dashboards, extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources, and providing marketing insights for data-driven decision-making. You will interface with Finance, Sales, Business Intelligence, Product and Operations. The ideal candidate has outstanding business acumen, a restlessness to answer “why?” and “so what?” questions, strong analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well across teams. Flexibility, a high degree of organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment is critical to your success.
VP/Head of User Acquisition At Raise, the next 12-18 months will be transformative for paid marketing. You’ll be leading our strategy, execution and team building around it. You are an innovative performance marketer who is creative, technically savvy, data-driven and relentless in pursuit of growth. You’ll manage our customer acquisition team across all channels. Today, that includes paid search, SEO, social advertising, display ads, influencers, and app install networks. Over time, it will include anything and everything that can help drive new customer growth. You will play a critical role in identifying, implementing and measuring new growth programs to drive customer acquisition and retention at scale.
