About AbeBooks
AbeBooks is an e-commerce online marketplace that spans across seven websites to sell books, fine art, and collectables. Sellers in more than 50 countries around the world connect on AbeBooks to sell their rare, discontinued, or out-of-print items.
Price Matching
The prices on AbeBooks are set by individual sellers, and all products are unique and often discontinued, so AbeBooks does not offer a price match guarantee.
Return Policy
Customers are allowed to return products for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns can only be made if the bookseller makes an error or fails to ship the item. Some booksellers accept returns for other reasons, but they’re not required to do so. All products must be returned to the original seller before the refund is processed.
Loyalty Program
All AbeBooks customers create an online account to find books and fine art, connect with sellers, and track orders. There is no separate loyalty program available.
Seasonal Sales
The sellers on the AbeBooks marketplace set their own discounts and promotions. They are allowed to offer AbeBooks coupons and promo codes three times per year. Each month, AbeBooks promotes a certain group of sellers who have reduced inventory prices by at least 10%.
Qualified Discounts
AbeBooks does not advertise qualified customer discounts.
Trade-In Policy
AbeBooks does not offer a trade-in policy.
Credit Card
AbeBooks does not offer a consumer credit card.
