Acorn accepts returns and offers refunds on items subject to certain conditions:
-To receive a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, must be in its original condition, and be returned in the original packaging including original documentation. Returns should use the special returns label included in each package.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
-Refunds will be in the same form of payment used for purchase and can be expected within 14 business days of receiving a return, Acorn does not refund shipping and handling charges.
-Customers may return an item for a size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Customers should utilize the packing slip included in each package to indicate the needed size and return the item to Acorn.
-Acorn also places a one-year limited warranty on all of their products. If an issue with an item sold by Acorn arises due to a defect in either materials or workmanship, Acorn will replace it with a similar product of equal value for the cost of five dollars per product and a return of the defective product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
Acorn does not offer a loyalty program. Customers can create a basic member account to track orders, process returns, manage payments, and view order history.
