The word Adagio means “at ease” and this is what this organic brand is all about, helping tea lovers unwind and relax by creating and drinking their own signature blend of tea. They offer different types of white teas, green teas, Oolong teas, black tea, and herbal teas, including peach and vanilla teas, jasmine and chamomile teas, matcha tea, mint tea, and many more. Apart from tea samples and signature blends, customers can return tea they bought online, within 30 day of purchase. Customers have to return tea in its original packaging, if the package is open; a disposal fee will be incurred. That is why; it is recommend buying sample sizes of tea of your choosing, before buying the larger size. A damaged item can also be refunded or exchanged with a new one. All customers need to access the “returns and claims” section of their account with the company’s website.
