Price Matching
Advance Auto Parts accepts returns and offers refunds on items subject to certan conditions:
-The price-matched item must be both available at the time of the price-match and identical or comparable, matching in quality, size, weight, color, quantity, part/manufacturer number and warranty.
-If advertised in a print ad, customer must provide the print advertisement evidencing the price to be matched to an Advance Auto Parts Team Member, that Team Member will call the competitor to verify the price and current availability.
-If advertised online, customer must show an Advance Auto Parts Team Member their mobile device or a printout from the website of a qualifying competitor which guarantees same day delivery on the product and includes shipping costs. The Advance Auto Parts Team Member will verify the match. Please note, Advance Auto Parts will not match the price of items made available through internet auction sites or non-professional websites.
If advertised online, customer must show an Advance Auto Parts Team Member their mobile device or a printout from the website of a qualifying competitor which guarantees same day delivery on the product and includes shipping costs. The Advance Auto Parts Team Member will verify the match. Please note, Advance Auto Parts will not match the price of items made available through internet auction sites or non-professional websites.
-Advance Auto Parts will not price match any clearance, catalog, closeout, damaged, used, refurbished, liquidated, or opened package products. Paid membership club or paid loyalty price program prices, prices advertised only as a percent or dollar off, BOGO, wholesale, tax exempt, items being offered as free gifts, mail-in offers, offers requiring a competitor's coupon, and instant rebates are also excluded from Advance Auto Parts' price match guarantee.
GPS units and commercial heavy-use equipment do not qualify for Advance Auto Parts' Price Match Guarantee.
Return Policy
Advance Auto Parts accepts returns and offers refunds on items subject to certan conditions:
-If customer provides the original purchase receipt, Advance Auto Parts will return or exchange any item within 45 days on the condition that the item is in its original condition and packaging, is unopened, has not been installed, and all original materials supplied with the item are included. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of Advance Auto Parts.
-If customer is unable to provide a qualified proof of purchase, a return or exchange of an item in its original condition and packaging, is unopened, has not been installed, and all original materials supplied with the item are included may be made for an Advance Auto Parts Merchandise Credit Card. A return made under this provision will be credited for the lowest selling price of the item in the last 45 days.
-Opened gaskets and electrical/electronic goods are non-refundable.Clearance and merchandise denoted as being sold “AS-IS” are also non-refundable.
-Special orders, commercial tools and equipment, and other third party or outsourced merchandise are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
-Advance Auto Parts may require that customers present a valid photo ID to be recorded at the time of return. Applicable information from that ID will be retained pursuant to applicable Federal, State, and Local laws.
-Returns under the warranty period must be made within 45 days from the date of purchase or within any longer warranty period that may be printed on an original sales receipt.
-Online purchases may be returned to any Advance Auto Parts store within 45 days from the date of purchase. Such returns shall be subject to the same requirements as detailed above.
Loyalty Program
Advance Auto Parts offers customers the opportunity to join a loyalty program called “Speed Perks.” There are three levels of membership in Speed Perks, Club, VIP, and Elite. Joining the Club level is free, the VIP Level is awarded once a customer has spent $200, and the Elite level is awarded once a customer has spent $500.
Seasonal Sales
Advance Auto Parts participates in Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, with additional sales occurring intermittently throughout the year.
Qualified Discounts
Advance Auto Parts offers qualified customer discounts for professional mechanics subject to accepted membership in their “Advance Professional” program.
Trade-In Policy
Advance Auto Parts does not specify a trade-in policy for customers.
Credit Card
Advance Auto Parts does not offer a credit card to customers at this time.
