To qualify for a return the product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging and must be returned within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the medical nature of the products, any product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned. They do consider products including nebulizers and oxygen concentrators used if the seal is broken or opened or if usage hours are placed on the machine.
