Price Matching
AJ Madison provides price matching subject to various eligibility requirements. Products must be identical to the competitor product and be in-stock at the authorized retailer's store or website. Final price must include all taxes, fees, and shipping costs. In order to be considered for a price match, customers must present details of hte competitor's pricing, including a complete web address of the product page if the item is advertised online. Price match requests must be initiated prior to an order being shipped, once an order has been shipped AJ Madison will not consider a price match. Additionally, AJ Madison will not match bonus, special, or free offers; rebates; financing offers, clearance or closeout prices on used, damaged, returned, open box, or display merchandise.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items. One thing to not is that AJ Madison does not accept returns for any item that has been installed, used or plugged in.
