ALDO accepts returns subject to some restrictions. Unworn or unwashed items returned in the item's original packaging and with the original receipt are guaranteed to be refunded when returned in sellable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All items may only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased. Earrings, cosmetics, and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any point and swimwear may not be returned if the item's hygeine seal is not intact. No items may be returned or exchanged in stores between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27.
ALDO offers a loyalty program called ALDO Crew which offers different benefits depending on the loyalty tier that a customer has qualified for. If a customer has spent up to $149 over a 12 month period, they qualify for the basic “Crew” tier. When a customer has spent between $150 and $299 over a 12 month period, they qualify for the “Plus” tier and when a customer has spent over $300 in a 12 month period, they qualify for the “VIP” tier.
