Return Policy
Alexis Bittar will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt date. Sale items and Design Your Own are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Product returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt date will receive credit as a digital gift card; no returns are accepted after 30 days. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
