Allswell mattress comes with a 100-night risk-free trial which means you can return it for a refund within 100 nights of delivery (they recommend sleeping on it for 3 weeks to allow your body to fully adjust). Only the mattress purchase price is refundable. Mattress recycling fees are nonrefundable. To qualify for a refund, your return must be initiated within 100 days of mattress delivery. In addition, Allswell's risk-free trial policy is limited to one return per household per year. This does not include boxed mattresses which are unopened. Allswell accepts returns of all items, excluding mattresses, initiated within 30 nights of delivery. They reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
