Return Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, Almina Concept offer a 10-day money back guarantee. All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return. Items must come in the original condition it was sent. Items must be returned with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be received at their warehouse within 10 days of your RA issue date. A restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, they will process your refund approximately within 14 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
