They started out back in 2008, and the mission was to manufacture all-American trench coats. Their coats are made in a family-owned factory in New Jersey and coats are made from cotton that is grown and spun in the US. They are based in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. They offer free shipping in the US for orders over $35. Their collection is stocked at various retailers around the country, including black market LA, Drama Club Brooklyn, The Lodge New York, Helm Boots Austin, Save Khaki, Brick & Mortar Seattle, Bridge & Burn Portland, in Canada at Wallace Hamilton, Vancouver; and in the UK at All Blues Co. If a customer buys an American trench clothing item at a full price, and after 7 days the item has been marked down in price, the customer will be refunded the difference in price with a store credit.
Customers in the US can return unused and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase; it’s alright for a customer to have a try-on at home, customers can either exchange the product or get a full refund. Some items can only be refunded for a store credit, and no returns are accepted on final sale items.
