Return Policy
Most items purchased on AshleyStewart.com or in a retail store can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in new and unused condition with the tags attached.
Returns for full refunds must follow these additional guidelines:
- Items purchased in retail stores can only be returned to an Ashley Stewart retail location.
- Online purchases can be returned to retail stores with a copy of purchase invoice or receipt
- Items purchased as “Web Exclusive” items, purchased using PayPal, or sold through Amazon must be returned through the mail to the Ashley Stewart Warehouse.
- Footwear must be returned in new condition and original packaging
- Swimwear and intimates must have original tags and hygienic liner intact
