Return Policy
The AT&T return policy is valid for equipment and services purchased directly from AT&T through a corporate-owned AT&T retail store, over the phone from AT&T, or online at att.com.
Customers may request a return up to 14 days after purchase (or, for online purchases, the shipping date) of device or accessory. All devices must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging in like-new condition with no physical or water damage. All returns must be accompanied by original components (battery, charger, manual, software) and a copy of the invoice or receipt. Customers may incur a restocking fee up to $55 for returns, with the exception of unopened Apple devices, which do not incur a restocking fee.
Customers also have 14 days after the purchase of a signed service commitment to cancel services. All service cancellations requested after 14 days incur an early termination fee.
