For maintenance plans, annual subscriptions, and 3-year subscriptions returns must be mae within 30 days of purchase or renewal in order to qualify for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers should contact Autodesk Customer Service and be able to provide information from their order confirmation e-mail in order to expedite the return's processing.

This offer is valid at the customer's first renewal after May 7, 2020 only. Customers can renew this ongoing discount until 2028. Autodesk is also running a trade-in offer through May 7, 2021 for current standalone maintenance plan customers which allows customers to trade in one seat for one standard subscription at a price consistent with what the user paid under their prior plan. Customers can renew this ongoing discount until 2028.
