Aventuron is a company that specializes in all things outdoors, selling bikes, camping gear, hunting equipment, and more. Founded by married couple Carl and Kathryn Martens, Aventuron initially started as a small start-up selling bikes out the back of their truck, but now, having evolved, Aventuron trades internationally and sells a wide range of equipment all focused on being outdoors.
Aventuron will match the price of any competitor's price, both before purchase and within 10 days of purchase. To qualify it must be the same item, be in stock, and the final selling price must include shipping whilst also excluding applied discounts.
Customers can return their items within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in new condition and shipped in the original packaging and proof of purchase will be required. Aventuron does not accept returns from outside of the United States and any ‘made to order’ or ‘built to order’ items will not be eligible for return.
Aventuron customers can gain access to its loyalty program by registering on the website. Customers will earn points whenever they spend, share, or follow on social media and can even earn extra points on their birthday. The accrued reward points can then be redeemed for money off vouchers.
From time to time Aventuron does run sales, although they may not always be publicized. Customers can gain access to regular Aventuron sales by visiting the website and exploring their favorite products.
Aventuron does not advertise any qualified customer discounts.
Aventuron offers a TradeUp program, allowing customers to trade in their old bikes for credit towards a new bike. Customers must visit the TradeUp section on the Aventuron website and submit a form on their bike. Within 24 hours a representative will return a quote and if accepted, the customers can simply bring their old bike to a store and get credit towards the new bike.
Aventuron does not offer a credit card to customers at this time.
