The ideas were born in the summer of 2010 when Dr. Bradle Katz and others got together to help people that suffered from photosensitive problems and their first product came out the following year. Using the latest research and technology Axon Optics are consistently working with eye clinics and neurological clinics to develop new and improved products that can help people.

Axon Optics accepts returns on frames within 30 days of receipt and must be in new condition to receive a full refund. Glasses can also be returned in 30 days for a full refund but minus the cost of shipping. Customized products cannot be returned but can be redone for 50% of the original price within 90 days of purchase.
Axon Optics does not offer a loyalty program however, customers can create a basic member account to track orders, process returns, and manage payments.

Veterans can get access to Axon Optics proprietary eyewear for free through various Veterans Administrations across the United States. Veterans must visit the Axon Optics website to download the VA instructions form that can be submitted to Axon Optics or the VA directly.
