Returned products must be sent with the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which has to be previously obtained. For products that have been used or opened, store credit will be provided and can be used towards new merchandise once the items have been received and evaluated (minus any shipping fees). For products that are unopened/unused and undamaged (in re-sellable condition), a full refund will be applied back to the original form of payment once the items have been received and evaluated (minus any shipping fees).
