Return Policy
Items must be returned within 180 days of purchase. For in-store returns customers should bring receipt to receive a full refund via the original form of payment. If the return is after 180 days or without a receipt, Belk will refund the lowest sale price offered in the last 60 days. The refund will be credited to your Belk Rewards Credit Card or a Belk Gift Card. For online returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless 1) your return contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during the initial shipping process; or 2) belk.com fulfillment is at fault due to shipping and/or handling error(s)
Loyalty Program
