All product returns require approval from Belly Button customer service team within 14 days of receipt of product. Upon receipt of returned product Bellybuttonband.com will refund the purchase amount (on the credit card used for the purchase) minus (if applicable) any shipping and handling fees, insurance fees, or embroidery fees.
