Return Policy
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, it will be possible to partially or totally return the products within 14 working days from the date of the delivery of the order. You will need to contact the customer service writing your order number, name and surname to opening the return procedure and receiving all the details. The refund amount will be equivalent to the amount of products actually accepted in the return, net of shipping costs, customs charges and taxes that will not be refunded. Products must be returned properly packed in their original packaging and in a perfect state of resale (not damaged or soiled), equipped with all the pertinent accessories (for example boxes, bags, belts and more) and documentation. Products must have all tags and warranty seal still attached, these elements are an integral part of the goods and a mandatory return conditions.
