Bright Cellars is a monthly wine club which ships subscribers four new wines each month. These wines are matched to the customer's unique tastes through use of an online quiz which maps each customer's palate and classifies their likes and dislikes.

Bright Cellars does not accept returns or issue refunds except in the event that a customer receives damaged or defective products. In order to receive a refund for damaged or defective product, customers must notify Bright Cellar's Concierge Team within 30 days of the order date. Issuance of refunds is at Bright Cellars discretion.
Bright Cellars offers a Member Rewards program under which members earn points for various activities under their account. These points may be redeemed for a variety of rewards such as bonus bottles or discounts on future orders.
