Caesars Entertainment offers a low price guarantee. If customers find a lower published room rate, Caesars Entertainment will match that rate and give an additional 10% off the lower rate. Customers can request a 110% price match by submitting a Best Rate Guarantee Claim Form. Packages and promotions are excluded from the low price guarantee.
Return Policy
Caesars Entertainment offers a free 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation is free for refundable rates, as long as it’s completed at least 72 hours before check-in date. All other cancellations are generally not eligible for free cancellation or refund.
