Founded in 2011, Case-Mate is a manufacturer and distributor of mobile phone cases and accessories. Case-Mate works to advance two goals, protecting mobile phones from and turning phones into fashion accessories.

Case-Mate accepts returns on any purchase made from Case-Mate.com within 30 days from the date of shipment. Customers must return the items in their original packaging along with any parts, accessories, manuals, documentation, and any free gifts that came with the order in order to receive a refund or a replacement product. Customers are responsible for covering any shipping, handling, or freight fees necessary to effectuate a product's return.

Case-Mate offers a three-tiered loyalty program called “Points on Points.” Customers earn one point for every 10 cents spent on the Case-Mate webstore. These points can be redeemed for discounts or other offerings. Customers qualify for Case-mate's first loyalty tier, “The Go-Getter” upon earning 200 points, advance to the “The Hustler” upon earning 300 points, and “The A-Lister” upon earning 400 points.
