Return Policy
Champion offers mail-in returns for unused products within 90 days of purchase. Currently, orders placed online cannot be returned to a store. Customers can utilize their own packaging and delivery service or a label provided by Champion (there is a $6.95 fee for using Champion’s label). Champion will prompt credit to the customer’s account upon reception of the return.
Loyalty Program
Champion does not offer a loyalty program. Customers can create a basic member account to track orders, process returns, and manage payments. One perk of the membership is free shipping for basic shipping rate.
