Return Policy
If cancellation of certain reservations is requested less than 24 hours from the time of purchase, CheapCaribbean.com will offer you a refund to the original form of payment or retain a credit to be used towards a future purchase in the form of a future travel credit. Travel credits will be held on original reservation. Only reservations that qualify for the Deposit Program will be refundable within the first 24 hours of purchase. 'Non-Refundable' and 'Deal of the Day' rooms do not qualify. Reservations scheduled to travel over US or destination holidays will not qualify. Reservations made within cut-off or resorts with strict cancellation policies are not eligible.
