If you find a lower rate with another reputable online travel company, for the same itinerary, you should contact them within 4 hours of making your reservation. You will need to provide documentation that the flight, date, time, and destination are the same as the itinerary you booked. Once they have verified the information provided, they will either refund the fare difference or process a full refund of the booking you made with them. Return Policy
CheapOair.ca Hotel cancellation policy says that you must request cancellations 96 hours (4 days) prior to check-in. All cancellations and changes are subject to a C$25.00 per room processing fee. Most discounted airline tickets are non-refundable. Although Non-Refundable tickets are the most economic ticket, they are also the most restrictive and do not allow the option for either refund or issuance of a travel voucher.
