About Chico’s Off the Rack
Chico's Off the Rack was founded in 1983 as a small boutique selling Mexican folk art and cotton sweaters on Sanibel Island in Florida. Later on it expanded to new Chico’s Outlet locations on the same simple formula of chic styles at amazing prices. In 2008, the company started designing its own Chico’s Outlet-exclusive products − from key, collection-building pieces to fashion-forward statements, all while staying true to Chico's roots. Today there are 121 Chico’s Outlet stores across the United States and one in Canada. Chico’s Outlet website offers one of the best deals and discounts for loyal and new customers.
Price Matching
Chico’s product detail pages show two prices, a strike-through price and a discounted price with the idea to make comparison between Chico’s prices and the prices of similar styles from their full-priced retail stores. Chico’s will adjust the price of the item to take into account differences in the features, benefits and materials between the full-priced store and outlet products. This adjusted price becomes the "Comparable Value" price. Chico’s provides its customers with the value they have come to know and love from the outlet products.
Return Policy
Merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding “final sale” items, gift cards and gift boxes) within 120 days of the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by original receipt, or date and amount of purchase must be validated in the system.
Loyalty Program
The Passport Program is the Chico’s customer loyalty program. Passport (once your merchandise purchases reach $500) benefits include 5% off every merchandise purchase, birthday bonuses, double discount days, invitations to special parties and events, private sales, promo codes.
Seasonal Sales
There are a couple of ways to save at Chico's Off the Rack. By joining the Chico's Off the Rack email list, you receive 10% off your next purchase and become a member of the Passport loyalty program to save 5% every time you shop. Passport members see all discounts, including the 5%, during the checkout process. Coupons and promotional codes are valid in Chico's Outlet stores and online, at Chico’s original website.
