Cricket Wireless allows for returns on most accessories and devices purchased at their physical stores and devices purchased online through the Cricket Wireless website are eligible for return within seven days of receipt of purchase subject to certain conditions detailed below: Cricket wireless may charge a fee of up to $25 when a device is returned without all of the original components. Accessories returned to store must be returned with its original sales receipt. Acessories and devices must be returned in original packaging and in “like new condition.” Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets, and memory cards are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange. Accessories purchased through the Cricket Wireless website are not eligible for return.
Cricket Wireless offers a loyalty program called “Cricket Rewards” through which customers earn points, which they can utilize on discounts and other rewards, for paying their bills, checking in to participating stores, attending Cricket events, enrolling in Auto-Pay, and referring friends to join Cricket Wireless.
Cricket Wireless is best known for its Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales though it holds other sales throughout the year.
While Cricket Wireless formerly offered a military discount, it no longer advertises this discount as being on offer. Cricket Wireless does not currently advertise any other qualified customer discounts.
Cricket Wireless allows new customers to trade in their current phone and receive credit for a new device or phone accessories. Phones must be able to power on and have a functional display screen in order to be eligible for trade-in credit. Current Cricket customers can trade in their phone for credit towards a new device or accessories with the addition of a new phone line.
Cricket Wireless does not offer a credit card to customers at this time.
