Return Policy
Cricket Wireless allows for returns on most accessories and devices purchased at their physical stores and devices purchased online through the Cricket Wireless website are eligible for return within seven days of receipt of purchase subject to certain conditions detailed below:
Cricket wireless may charge a fee of up to $25 when a device is returned without all of the original components. Accessories returned to store must be returned with its original sales receipt. Acessories and devices must be returned in original packaging and in “like new condition.” Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets, and memory cards are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange. Accessories purchased through the Cricket Wireless website are not eligible for return.
