Return Policy
CupShe accepts returns if they are initiated within 30 days of the product's delivery, if product is returned in its original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Accessories, beach towels, lingerie, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged except in the event of defect or quality issue.
Loyalty Program
CupShe offers a four-tiered loyalty program called the “Sunchaser Club” wherein customers earn points for various activities including making purchases and referring friends. Customers are automatically eligible for the “Shore” tier, become eligible for the “Sand” tier upon spending $110 over a 12-month period, become eligible for the “Sea” tier upon spending $400 in a 12-month period, and qualify for the “Sun” tier upon spending $600 or more in a 12-month period.
