Price Matching
Eastbay does not offer a price matching guarantee, but it does provide a one-time price adjustment. If a customer purchases an Eastbay item, and the same item has a price reduction within 10 days of purchase, Eastbay will offer a credit for the difference. Price adjustments cannot be honored after the 10 day period.
Return Policy
The Eastbay return policy allows returns of online orders within 90 days of the original shipment date. All returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all original tags to qualify for a full refund or full value exchange.
Full refunds are processed back to the original payment method when the original purchase receipt is provided. Without the original receipt, customers can exchange the merchandise or receive a store credit for the product at its current price.
