Price Matching
Europcar offers a Best Price Guarantee to customers in the United Kingdom only. If customers located in the UK find a rental rate for an identical care that is cheaper with a competitor, Europcar will refund the difference. Return Policy
Customers must return Europcar rentals at the conclusion of their rental period. Rental periods are charged by the day, so a 5-day rental is due back to a Europcar location after 5 days. If a car is returned late, the customer is charged by the day for all extra time the rental car was used. To save on your initial rental simply apply a Europcar promo code at the time of purchase.
Returning a rental car to a different location may result in a one-way fee being assessed to the total rental cost. Rental cars can only be returned after-hours if a key return box is available at the check-in station, but the vehicle remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been checked by a Europcar representative.
