Return Policy
Famous Footwear accepts returns of unworn merchandise up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Customers can return merchandise to any Famous Footwear retail location or send it by mail for a small shipping fee.
For in-store returns, customers must provide the original receipt, original product packaging, and one form of personal identification. For mail returns, customers must enclose completed return form and box up the unworn product in its original box and packaging.
Exchanges are only permitted in-store. Any returns requested without the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded as store credit at the product’s current selling price.
