Return Policy
Finish Line offers a full refund on merchandise returned within 45 days of purchase if it meets the following standards:
- Unworn, in original condition
- Returned with price tags still attached (if apparel or accessories)
- Returned in original box (if footwear)
- Original sales receipt available for proof of purchase
Returns that do not have a sales receipt may be exchanged for another item or for store credit equal to the lowest price at which the item was offered for sale in the 45-day period prior to return.
All items purchased from Finish Line, online or in-store, may be returned to a store location. Items purchased online can also be returned by mail to the Finish Line warehouse.
