Forever 21 in-store purchases and online can be returned to any Forever 21 retail location within the original country of purchase. In order to qualify for a refund, merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must have the original receipt and be in unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. Food items, cosmetics, underwear, and select lingerie items are not eligible for return.
