Price Matching
Funjet Vacation offers a price-match guarantee subject to certain conditions which are detailed below:
All components of the price-matched vacation must be identical to the reservation purchased through Funjet.
Price-match is valid only against prices offered by competitors based in the United States not requiring promotional codes or member pricing.
Price matches with a difference of 40% or more are subject to additional review.
Price match must be available at the time of Funjet's review.
Return Policy
Funjet allows cancellations and refunds on any vacation purchased through them so long as the cancellation is made prior to vacation's occurrence. Refunds will be reduced by the cost of any travel protection built into the price of the purchased vacation.
Loyalty Program
Funjet Vacations does not offer a loyalty plan to customers. Customers can create a basic member account to track orders, process returns, and manage payments.
Seasonal Sales
Funjet Vacations offers sales throughout the year including Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales and a weekly sale every Friday for “Funjet Fridays”.
Qualified Discounts
Funjet Vacations does not advertise any qualified customer discounts at this time.
Trade-In Policy
