Customers are required to obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning an item to Glossybox.
Beauty bags, beauty boxes, advent calendars, and speical edition boxes are not eligible for return or refunds.
GlossyBox US will not refund postage costs unless return of an item is pre-authorized. Items returned because they are unwanted or which are no longer required by the customer will not be eligible for a refund of shipping, handling, freight, or other postage costs. Items which are reported as damaged or faulty which are found to have no fault, error, or damage will not have their postage costs refunded.
GlossyBox US does not offer a loyalty plan to customers. Customers can create a basic member account to track orders, process returns, and manage payments.
GlossyBox US offers an annual “Friends and Family” sale which allows customers to claim a 25% discount on GlossyBox products in addition to a sale for Black Friday and various flash sales throughout the year.
GlossyBox US offers students a 20% off discount through StudentBeans.
