About Godiva
Godiva is a chocolatier which was founded in 1926 in Brussels by Pierre Draps Sr. His three sons continued the business after the death of their father. The family named the company in honour of Lady Godiva because of her values of generosity, boldness and a pioneering spirit. The Company was appointed the official chocolatier to the Royal Court of Belguim in 1968. They opened Boutiques in Paris, New York and Tokyo in 1972. They continue to expand around the world.
