Good American accepts returns and exchanges on products that have been requested within 21 days of the date that the order was shipped. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and items included with the order returned, and items should be returned in their original packaging. Bodysuits must be returned with Good american pouch, pasties, and with protective adhesive strip still attached. Shipping fees are not refundable and items marked as final sale or which were on sale for over 50% off are not eligible for return or exchange. All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
Good American does not offer a loyalty program. Customers can create a basic member account to track orders, process returns, and manage payments.
Good American regularly holds sales on select items across their website in addition to hosting sales for events such as Cyber Monday which has, in the past, offered customers discounts of 25% off of items sitewide.
