GUESS Factory Store accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, or defective GUESS merchandise up to 30 days after shipment date or Marciano merchandise up to 14 days after the shipment date. All products must be returned with original packing materials, boxes, containers, with tags and sanitary liners intact and attached. Piercings, undergarments, lingerie, lotion, fragrances, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
