Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your GUNNAR glasses you can send them back. They will refund the purchase price of any non-Rx orders returned within 30 days of the ship date. The purchase must have been made through their website, be in new condition and accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA). A return authorization number (RMA) can be obtained by calling or emailing a request to salesops@gunnars.com. GUNNAR is not responsible for return shipping costs.

GUNNAR Warrior Project is a GUNNAR Optiks professional e-sports rewards program where the company pays you for your loyalty and for enhancing your game. Strictly limited to professional e-sports players on established teams who compete in the biggest tournaments, the GUNNAR Warrior Project is designed to show you their appreciation for using GUNNAR eyewear while you’re competing. For listed qualifying events that are considered Minors or Opens, you will earn $250 as well as $250 for your team. If it’s a listed Major or Championship, you will earn $500 for yourself, and $500 for your team. Pro players in CS:GO, League of Legends, Call of Duty, Heroes of the Storm, and Overwatch are welcome to submit an application to join the GUNNAR Warrior Project.
