Hayneedle is a member of Walmart's e-commerce network, specializing in home decor, furniture, lighting, and storage solutions.
Hayneedle offers price-matching on any item in stock if a lower price, inclusive of item cost, shipping and handling fees, and taxes, is discovered at one of their qualified competitors. Items to be price-matched must be identical models and brands to that offered by Hayneedle. Items listed on clearance, close-out, or back-order are not eligible for price-matching.
Hayneedle accepts returns on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 are eligible to be returned through January 31. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned in original packaging.
Hayneedle has discontinued their “Home Rewards” loyalty program. Customers can create a basic member account to track orders, process returns, and manage payments.
In addition to providing discounts on specific items throughout the year, Hayneedle holds an annual Black Friday Sale, a “Fall Dining Event” which offers customers discounts on dining room and kitchen accessories, and other intermittent events.
Hayneedle does not advertise any qualified customer discounts.
