- Items matched must be direct-fulfilled, pre-tax price
- Items must be matched for new “Comparable PCs” and identical HP printer, display, and accessory model numbers
- Products for price match must come from a nationally recognized online retailer such as Dell.com, Lenovo.com, Amazon.com, BestBuy.com, TigerDirect.com, Staples.com, and Newegg.com

Return Policy
Purchases made online through HP are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from delivery. All returns must be sent with a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. HP does provide prepaid FedEx labels for all returns.
