Due to the nature of Hustler Hollywood products, all items must be in their unopened original packaging to be eligible for return. This sticker must be intact to be eligible for a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your HUSTLERHollywood.com purchase and you are within their return policy guidelines, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMS) before the return can be processed. Any items sent back without a proper RMA will be refused and shipped back to you. Hustler Hollywood is unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
