Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:
The product must have been purchased directly from www.incipio.com
A valid order confirmation number from www.incipio.com must accompany your return request.
Returned products must be unopened and in like-new resalable condition.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase.
Once your return request is approved, Incipio will issue you an RMA# to include with your return. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to Incipio. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
