Price Matching
If the diamond characteristics match and the valid certification and proof of the selling price are provided to a Jared jewelry consultant within 30 days of the initial purchase, we will match the price.
Return Policy
Jared.com's return policy is the same as for an in-store purchase. You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days. If your online purchase was picked up at the store, it must be returned to the store. Jared.com will not accept the return of merchandise picked up at the store.

Trade-In Policy
Our diamond trade-in and upgrade services only apply to diamond jewelry (excluding lab-created diamonds) with a center weight greater than 0.50ct., meaning both the trade-in and newly selected jewelry must feature diamonds to qualify. For instance, an old diamond ring can be traded for a new diamond ring, diamond bracelet or any new diamond jewelry piece of your choice. Certain diamond jewelry that includes gemstones can still qualify for trade-in with the gemstones removed.
Both men's and women's diamond jewelry can be traded in (excluding lab-created diamonds) with a center weight greater than 0.50ct. For instance, a men's diamond bracelet can be traded for a women's pair of solitaire earrings or vice versa. To be eligible for the upgrade, your new piece must be priced at least double the purchase price of your original jewelry. For example, if your original earrings were purchased at Jared for $500, your new ring must be priced at $1,000 or more.
