Due to the perishable nature of Jelly Belly’s products, returns must be requested within three business days after delivery. Returned items must be unopened. Any food items returned more than five business days after delivery are not replaceable or refundable.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, or defective to be eligible. If returns are made after 10 days from the date of purchase, a full refund may be issued in the form of a merchandise exchange.
