Return Policy
The Kohl’s return policy allows customers to return merchandise within 180 days of purchase, with the exception of premium electronics that must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers can return in-store and online purchases to any Kohl’s location with the original receipt for a refund or even exchange.
Any returns made without the original receipt will be refunded for a Kohl’s Merchandise Credit based on a discounted lowest 13-week sale price of the item(s). Online purchases can also be returned by mail. Kohl’s does not pay for return shipping.
