Price Matching
One price adjustment for merchandise purchased at full price, which has been marked down for the first time, may be made within 7 days from the original date of purchase. Price adjustments are not eligible on special promotions, including percentages (i.e., take 25%, 40%, and 50% off) and dollars (i.e., take $25 off your $100 purchase) off. LOFT Outlet stores are not able to process price adjustments for online orders.
Return Policy
LOFT Outlet will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise purchased on their website by mail. Unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise may also be returned or exchanged at any LOFT Outlet store, with the exception of select merchandise. They cannot accept LOFT Outlet returns at LOFT, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Factory or Lou & Grey stores. Additionally, merchandise purchased in-store cannot be returned by mail - it must be returned to a store. They will credit you for returns accompanied by an original receipt, received within 30 days of purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange. For gift returns that are received within 30 days of the transaction date, an E-Gift certificate will be emailed for the amount paid by the sender.
