About Lululemon
Lululemon was founded in 1998 in Vancouver, Canada by Chip Wilson. It has always been a yoga-inspired apparel company focusing on comfortable, functional athletic wear. The original location was a design studio by day and a yoga studio by night. It quickly became a standalone store in Vancouver, in November 2000. Lululemon’s product design has since expanded beyond just yoga to encompass running, cycling, training, and really anything else where people sweat.
Price Matching
Lululemon locations are franchises, and as such, the prices you find in the store will not always correspond to the prices offered online at lululemon.com. However, if you purchase an item in-store and find that it’s on sale online, simply upload a picture of the item’s price tag and a picture of the receipt to Lululemon’s live chat service, and they will be happy to match and give you a discounted price! The same is true vice versa - online purchases that you find cheaper at a store location can be price matched as well. That being said, price adjustments will not be offered - if an item goes on sale after you bought it, for example. However, our Lululemon promo codes should be able to snag you the best price every time.
Return Policy
Lululemon accepts returns in person at any of their store locations, or through the mail, and returns are always free! Lululemon gift cards, water bottles, underwear, and any items from ‘We Made Too Much’ are considered to be “final sale.” Swimwear can be returned only if the hygienic liner is intact. Items must still have the tag attached, and be unwashed and unworn. You must also have proof of payment for the original purchase. Return authorization must be created within 30 days of receiving an order, in the case of online orders received by mail, or, for in-store purchases, 30 days from the original date of purchase. Be sure to use our 2021 Lululemon's coupons to ensure that you take advantage of the best pricing.

Seasonal Sales

Qualified Discounts
Lululemon offers a very generous 25% discount to military shoppers, as well as first responders such as firefighters, EMTs/paramedics, police, and correctional officers. This discount must be taken advantage of in-store, and a form of photo identification clearly indicating military or first responder status must be displayed. At this time, Lululemon does not offer discounts for current students or teachers.
Trade-In Policy
Lululemon has a quality promise which covers the practical lifetime of normal usage. If for any reason a product is not meeting your performance standards, a product that cannot be fixed will be refunded, or exchanged for a new item in-store. Most products older than 5 years will not be eligible for trade-in under their warranty.
Credit Card
Lululemon does not offer a credit card to customers at this time.
